2. Shipping Information
- Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
- During holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather), shipping may be delayed.
- For Home Delivery, the actual delivery time depends on the courier’s route schedule.
- For Convenience Store Pickup, please check your SMS notification and pick up your order within the specified time frame after arrival.
- Failure to collect your package may result in additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
