Return & Exchange Policy
1. Product Inspection Period
According to Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales, certain products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation (inspection) period, including:
- Perishable goods or items with short shelf life (or close to expiration upon return/cancellation)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
- Opened audio or video products, computer software, game point cards, or other digital cards
- Opened personal hygiene items
For all other items, you are entitled to a 7-day product inspection period (including holidays) starting from the day the order is delivered.
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Contact number
- Item name for return
- Reason for return and relevant photos
Once received, our customer service will assist you with the return or exchange process.

2. Return Policy
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from any defects caused by human factors.
Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is for you to evaluate whether the product meets your expectations — it is not a trial period.
If indicated, please retain the complete original packaging (including outer box). Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted.
We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The 7-day inspection period has expired.
- The item has been used, opened, or damaged due to human causes (e.g., stains, malfunctions, tears, scratches, wear, or dirt).
- Missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive return behavior.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team.
- Confirm return eligibility.
- Prepare the complete product, invoice, and all original packaging.
- Provide your contact information, address, and preferred pickup time.
- Our partnered logistics provider will arrange collection of the return.
4. Refund Information
- Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited directly to your original credit card account.
- Cash on Delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
5. Exchange Policy
Items for exchange must be unused and free from any damage or defect caused by human factors.
Please keep the complete original packaging (including outer box). Exchanges without original packaging will not be accepted.
6. Exchange Process
If both you and Early July agree to proceed with an exchange, please first complete a return request for your original order and then place a new order for the replacement item.
If there is a price difference, an additional invoice will be issued for payment or refund of the balance.
If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
